Well, according to Business.com, 74 percent of coworkers reported that they became more productive after joining a coworking space, over two-thirds felt more creative, and a third experienced an increase in income. Those are compelling stats, and they point to an increasing trend in today’s workplaces: People are thriving in coworking spaces. It’s not hard to decipher what’s behind this if you take into account the following factors:

1. People who use coworking spaces get to redefine work culture.

In today’s world, many workers don’t feel tied to the standard 9 to 5 business model or traditional corporate hierarchies anymore. In fact, most of us function much better when we have the flexibility to work when, where, and how we want. Coworking spaces allow people to redefine work culture, according to what’s best for them and their needs.
